摘要
高职院校的主要任务是为社会发展培养高素质技术技能型人才,为此将敬业、专注、精益、创新的“工匠精神”纳入育人体系,成为落实“立德树人”根本任务的重要途径。为精准把握不同专业中“工匠精神”的内涵,根据物联网应用技术专业人才培养要求,探索从知识技能、专业素养、工作态度、职业操守、创新发展五个维度进行评价,将“工匠精神”培养融入日常教学、实习实训、社会服务和考核评价中。通过“五维四融”的工匠精神培养路径,为高职院校培养更多高质量技术技能型人才提供保障。
The main task of higher vocational colleges is to cultivate high-quality technical talents for social development.To this end,the“craftsman spirits”of dedication,focus,lean and innovation will be incorporated into the education system,becoming an important way to implement the“moral education”.In order to accurately grasp the connotation of“craftsmanship spirit”in different majors,according to the requirements for the cultivation of talents in the Internet of Things Application Technology Specialty,the evaluation is explored from five dimensions of knowledge and skills,professional quality,work attitude,professional ethics,and innovation and development,and integrate the cultivation of“craftsmanship spirit”into daily teaching,practical training,social services and evaluation,pro viding guarantee for high-quality technical and skilled talents through the“five dimensions and four integrations”craftsman spirit training path.
