超声电导治疗仪联合健康教育路径对肺炎患儿的疗效研究

Study on the Curative Effect of Ultrasonic Conductance Therapy Instrument Combined with Health Education Path on Children with Pneumonia

目的:研究超声电导治疗仪联合健康教育路径对肺炎患儿疗效的影响。方法:选取苏州市吴江区儿童医院苏州大学附属儿童医院吴江院区儿内科2021年1月至2022年6月收治的96例肺炎患儿,按照护理模式分为两组各48例。对照组实施传统儿科护理模式,观察组在传统儿科护理模式基础上实施超声电导治疗仪联合健康教育路径,收集症状消失时间(发热、气喘、咳痰、肺部啰音)、住院时间、不良反应总发生率、护理服务总满意率并进行对比。结果:观察组患儿的症状消失时间与住院时间短于对照组患儿(P<0.05),不良反应总发生率低于对照组患儿(P<0.05),患儿家属的护理服务总满意率高于对照组患儿家属(P<0.05)。结论:超声电导治疗仪联合健康教育路径有助于提高肺炎患儿疗效且不良反应总发生率低、护患关系更佳,值得应用。

Objective:To study the effect of ultrasonic conductance therapy instrument combined with health education path on the efficacy of children with pneumonia.Methods:A total of 96 children with pneumonia admitted to Wujiang District Children's Hospital,Suzhou University Children's Hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected.48 cases in each group.The control group implemented the traditional paediatric nursing mode,while the observation group implemented the ultrasonic conductance therapeutic apparatus combined with the health education path on the basis of the traditional paediatric nursing mode,and collected and compared the time of symptom disappearance(fever,asthma,expectoration,lung rale),hospital stay,total incidence of adverse reactions,and total satisfaction rate of nursing services.Results:The disappearance time and hospitalization time of the symptoms of the children in the observation group were shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05),the total incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the total satisfaction rate of nursing services was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of ultrasonic conductance therapy instrument and health education path is helpful to improve the efficacy of children with pneumonia,and the overall incidence of adverse reactions is low,and the nurse patient relationship is better,which is worth applying.
