优质护理对产后抑郁患者焦虑状况和生活质量的影响分析

Analysis of the effect of high-quality nursing on anxiety and quality of life in patients with postpartum depression

目的:探究优质护理对产后抑郁患者焦虑状况和生活质量的影响。方法:选取2020年6月至2022年6月进入本院治疗的产后抑郁患者50例,作为研究对象,经随机数字表法将其分成两组,对比组常规护理,研究组优质护理,评价两组患者干预前后的焦虑、抑郁情绪和生活质量,调查两组患者对护理工作的满意程度。结果:护理后,观察组HAMA和EPDS评分优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组五项生活质量评分均高于对照组,且护理满意度更高(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理对产后抑郁患者焦虑、抑郁情绪具有显著改善效果,可大大提高患者生活质量,让患者更加满意护理工作。

Objective:To explore the effect of high-quality care on anxiety and quality of life in patients with postpartum depression.Method:Select 50 patients with postpartum depression who entered our hospital for treatment from June 2020to June 2022 as the research objects.They were divided into two groups by a random number table method.The comparison group was routine nursing care,and the study group was high-quality nursing care.Evaluation The anxiety,depression and quality of life of the two groups of patients before and after intervention were investigated to investigate the satisfaction degree of the two groups of patients with nursing work.Results:After nursing,the scores of HAMA and EPDS in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05);The five quality of life scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:High-quality nursing can significantly improve the anxiety and depression of patients with postpartum depression.It can greatly improve the quality of life of patients and make patients more satisfied with the nursing work.It is worthy of promotion.
