产后综合康复护理对产妇产后抑郁及子宫康复的效果评价

Evaluation of the effect of postpartum comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on postpartum depression and uterine rehabilitation

目的:分析在产妇中实施产后综合康复护理对产后抑郁与子宫康复的有效性。方法:在本院2018年5月至2020年4月收治的产妇中抽取80例作为研究对象,经数字抽签法分为观察组与参照组,每组各40例,参照组产妇采用常规护理干预,观察组产妇采用产后综合康复护理干预,比较两组产妇护理前后的情绪变化情况(SAS评分与SDS评分)、产后恢复情况(入盆骨时间、恶露时间与产后出血量)。结果:护理前,两组产妇的情绪指标评分均无明显差异,P>0.05;护理后,观察组产妇的情绪指标评分均低于参照组,数据间的差异有意义(P<0.05);观察组产妇的入盆骨时间与恶露时间均短于参照组,数据间的差异有意义(P<0.05);观察组产妇的产后出血量少于参照组,数据间的差异有意义(P<0.05)。结论:在产妇中实施产后综合康复护理的临床应用价值较高,可减少产后抑郁症发生风险,促进产妇子宫康复,应用价值较高,值得推广。

Objective:To analyze the effectiveness of postpartum composite rehabilitation nursing in postpartum to postpartum depression and uterine recovery.Methods:80 cases were selected as research objects from May 2018 to April 2018,and were divided into experimental groups and reference groups through digital lottery.In each group,40 cases of reference group used routine nursing intervention.The experimental group maternal uses postpartum comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention,comparing the mood changes before and after the nursing of women in two groups(SAS score and SDS score),postpartum recovery(into the basin time,decidation time and postpartum bleeding).Results:Before the nursing,the two groups of maternal emotional indicator scores have no significant difference,P>0.05;after the care,the mood of the experimental group maternal emotional indicator score is lower than the reference group,the difference between the data is meaningful(P<0.05);experiment The group of women's incoming bone time and lochians are shorter than the reference group,and the differences between the data is meaningful(P<0.05);the amount of birth of the maternal postpartum after experiment group is less than the reference group,the data between data is meaningful(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical application value of the first postpartum composite rehabilitation nursing is high,and the risk of postpartum depression can be reduced,and the women's uterine rehabilitation can promote the harvest of women.It is highly worthwhile.
