分析自制单孔腹腔镜通路装置在妇科手术中的应用效果

Analyze the application effect of self-made single port laparoscopic access device in gynecological surgery

目的:分析自制单孔腹腔镜通路装置在妇科手术中的应用效果。方法:从本院妇科良性肿瘤手术患者中选取100例作为研究对象,选择时间在2020年3月~2021年3月份,所有患者均给予单孔腹腔镜通路装置在手术的应用情况,同时评估患者的手术时间、术中出血量、排气时间、住院时间、术后疼痛和美观满意度。结果:所有患者均顺利完成手术,无漏气,且未出现术中危及情况,手术时间在60~120min,术中出血量在15~150mL,住院时间2~5d。结论:自制单孔腹腔镜通路装置在妇科手术中,操作便捷,耗材易于获得、制作方法简单,安全性、可靠性好,耗材价格低廉、大大减低患者手术费用,利于基层医院应用。

Objective:Analyze the application effect of self-made single port laparoscopic access device in gynecological surgery.Methods:100 cases of gynecological benign tumor surgery patients in our hospital were selected as the research object,the selection time was from March 2020 to March 2021,all patients were given the application of single port laparoscopic access device in the operation,and the operation time,intraoperative blood loss,exhaust time,hospitalization time,postoperative pain and aesthetic satisfaction were evaluated.Results:all patients completed the operation successfully without air leakage and intraoperative danger.The operation time was 60-120min,the intraoperative blood loss was 15-150mL,and the hospital stay was 2-5d.Conclusion:the self-made single port laparoscopic access device in gynecological surgery is easy to operate,the consumables are easy to obtain,the manufacturing method is simple,the safety and reliability are good,the consumables are cheap,and the operation fees of patients is greatly reduced,which is conducive to the promotion of grass-roots hospitals.
