2013—2021年江苏省免费孕前优生健康检查项目TORCH室间质评结果分析

Analysis of external quality assessment of laboratories on TORCH for pre-pregnancy health examination in Jiangsu province from 2013 to 2021

目的 总结分析2013—2021年江苏省免费孕前优生健康检查项目TORCH室间质评结果,为不断提高实验室服务质量提供参考建议。方法 全省每年开展两次TORCH室间质评活动,每次下发弓形虫(TOX)IgM/IgG、巨细胞病毒(CMV)IgM/IgG、风疹病毒(RV)IgG,IgM抗体和IgG抗体各5支质评品。各实验室按照要求及时检测并回报检测结果、检测方法、仪器和试剂,由江苏省卫生健康发展研究中心对所有回报结果进行统计分析和评价。结果 2013—2021年合计18次TORCH室间质评考核成绩合格率除2013年和2020年个别项目低于90%外,其他年份均大于97%。TORCH检测项目结果符合率在95.23%~99.89%。结果漏检率最高为2013年的4.77%,最低为2021年的0.11%。结论 通过回顾性分析2013—2021年TORCH室间质评结果发现各实验室检测水平在不断提高,可为免费孕前优生健康检测项目提供准确可靠的检测数据。

Objective To summarize and analyze the results of TORCH external quality assessment(EQA) of the free pre-pregnancy physical examination in Jiangsu province from 2013 to 2021, provide reference suggestions for continuous improvement of laboratory service quality. Methods EQA was organized twice a year, and each time the Toxoplasma gondii(TOX) IgM/IgG, cytomegalovirus(CMV) IgM/IgG, rubella virus(RV) IgG, IgM antibody and IgG antibody each of 5 quality evaluation products. The test results, testing methods, instruments and reagents in a timely manner as required, and all results were statistically analyzed by Jiangsu Health Development Research Center. Results From 2013 to 2021, the pass rate of the 18 TORCH inter-laboratory quality assessment assessments was higher than 97% in other years, except for individual projects in 2013 and 2020, which were lower than 90%. The coincidence rate is between 95.23% and 99.89%. While the highest missed detection rate was 4.77% in 2013, and the lowest was 0.11% in 2021. Conclusion Through retrospective analysis of TORCH inter-laboratory quality assessment results from 2013 to 2021, it is found that the testing level of each laboratory is constantly improving, which can provide accurate and reliable testing data for the free pre-pregnancy eugenics health testing project.
