摘要
研究者从分析教育信息化2.0时代人工智能给高校人事管理带来的机遇和挑战入手,从“技术-社会”视角,探讨“智能+”人事的内涵,提出“智能+”人事的七种典型应用场景,论证从智慧人事转向“智能+”人事的现实需求。针对建构“智能+”人事过程中存在的问题,提出从管理制度、要素投入、开发模式、发展理念四个层面着力实现人事“智能化”,以期为AI赋能高校人事管理变革提供理论借鉴与实践引导。
By analyzing the opportunities and challenges brought by education informatization 2.0 to the personnel management of colleges and universities,from the perspective of“technology-society”,this paper discusses the connotation and characteristics of“intelligent+”personnel,and proposes seven typical application scenarios of“intelligence+”personnel,to demonstrate the practical needs of shifting from intelligent personnel to“intelligent+”personnel.Aiming at the problems existing in the process of constructing“intelligent+”personnel,this paper proposes to realize the“intelligence”of personnel from four aspects:management system,factor input,development mode,and development concept,in order to provide theoretical reference and practice guide for AI-enabled personnel management reform in colleges and universities.
