地方本科院校英语专业师范生目前面临着就业创业结构性矛盾加剧、就业渠道狭窄、就业核心竞争力及创新创业驱动力不足等问题,需要在“互联网+”模式下,搭建一个资源共享、可以互动的OMO“金牌英语教师”孵化服务平台,加强校企合作,以期提高地方本科院校英语专业师范生的就业创业核心竞争力。

Nowadays,English majors in local universities face many employment problems,such as the increasing structural contradictions in employment and entrepreneurship,the narrow channels of employment,the lack of core employment competitiveness and innovative entrepreneurial drive.In order to improve the employment and entrepreneurship core ability of English majors in local universities,these universities need to set up an incubation and service platform of OMO“gold medal English teachers”based on the“Internet+”mode,which can share resource,interact with people and enhance university-enterprise cooperation.
