就业导向对大学生就业意识培养的影响研究

Study on the Effect of Employment Guidance on the Employment Consciousness Cultivation of College Students

现阶段,我国大学生就业难的问题十分普遍,造成这一问题的原因除了我国的供需关系矛盾外,大学生的就业意识不强也同样是重要因素。因此,本文以高等教育就业导向为核心,针对现阶段大学生就业意识的内涵及其现状进行分析,并提出以强化大学生就业意识、丰富高校人才培养模式、提升社会对毕业生认可程度为核心的就业导向影响,希望为相关人员带来一些参考。

At the present stage,the difficulty of employment for college students in China is very common.In addition to the contradiction between supply and demand in China,the strong employment awareness of college students is also an important factor.Therefore,this paper with higher education employment orientation as the core,analyzes the connotation of college students’employment consciousness at the present stage,and puts forward to strengthen the employment consciousness of college students,and to enrich college talent training mode,enhance the social recognition as the core of the employment oriented influence,hoping to bring some reference for relevant personnel.
