“和而不同”思想是中国优秀传统文化的重要构成,是儒家思想的一个核心理念,具有丰富的文化内涵和广泛的应用价值。高校思政教育是进行高层次人才素质教育的重要途径,是培养学生思维方式和价值观念的重要课程,对学生树立正确的价值观念和培养良好的意志品质具有重要引领作用。本文针对高校思政教育的现状,分析教育体系中存在的问题,基于儒家“和而不同”思想的丰富内涵,探讨其对创新高校思政教育模式的重要启示。为进一步加强素质教育在高校人才培养中的融合,更好地培养三观正直、全面发展的优秀人才奠基。

The thought of“harmony in diversity”is an important component of China’s excellent traditional culture and a core concept of Confucianism.It has rich cultural connotation and wide application value.Ideological and political education in colleges and universities is an important way to carry out quality education for high-level talents.It is an important course to cultivate students’thinking mode and values.It plays an important leading role in establishing correct values and cultivating good will quality.Aiming at the current situation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the education system,and discusses its important enlightenment to the innovation of ideological and political education mode in colleges and universities.Based on the rich connotation of Confucian thought of“harmony in diversity”.It lays a foundation for further strengthening the integration of quality education in talent training in colleges and universities and better cultivating excellent talents with three outlooks,integrity and all-round development.
