从“天人合一”探讨针刺选穴思路

Discussion on the idea of acupuncture point selection based on theory of ‘harmony of human with nature’

“天人合一”体现了一种相合相应的天人关系,其思想内涵贯穿于中医临床诊疗的各个方面。人与天地相参,人的生理结构、气血变化、病理发展等都与自然界紧密相关,故治疗时应法天则地,遵循三才之理、把握阴阳变化、注重取象比类,谨守天人之道。文章基于“天人合一”理论,从合构、合(变)化、合象、合类4个方面探讨天人之间的联系和道理,深入挖掘针灸理论中所体现的“天人合一”思想,探讨“天人合一”理论更深层次的内涵,为针刺临床提供治疗思路。

The theroy of ’harmony of human with nature’ embodies a corresponding relationship between heaven and man,and its ideological connotation runs through all aspects of clinical diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.Man is related to heaven and earth,and man’s physiological structure,qi and blood changes and pathological development are all closely related to nature,so treatment should be based on the law of heaven and earth,following the principle of the three talents,grasping the changes of yin and yang,paying attention to the comparison of images,and observing the way of heaven and man.Based on the theory of ’harmony of human with nature’,this paper discusses the relationship and truth between man and nature from the four aspects of structure,transformation,image and category,and deeply excavates the thought of ’harmony of human with nature’ embodied in acupuncture theory to explore the deeper connotation of the theory of ’harmony of human with nature’,so as to provide therapeutic ideas for acupuncture clinic.
