Textual research on origin and development of habitual abortion

滑胎理论最早见于《删繁方》。数堕胎首次见于《诸病源候论》,针对其病因病机、诊治规律等历代医家致力于不断传承及创新,明清时期为丰富发展阶段,其理法方药为后人临床提供宝贵指导经验。文章从滑胎的病名渊源、因机渊源、治疗渊源、传变与转归及预防调护方面进行古籍文献整理,查其渊源促其传承与发展,以期为现代临床医生提供诊法、用药指导,更有效地解决女性生殖健康问题。

Habitual abortion theory was first seen in Cut the Complex Fang. Recurrent abortions were first seen in Theories of Disease Origins and Symptoms. The doctors of the past dynasties devoted themselves to continuous inheritance and innovation for their etiology,pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment rules. During the Ming and Qing dynasties,the period of development was enriched,and its principles and prescriptions provided valuable clinical guidance experience for future generations. This article sorts out the ancient literature from the origin of the disease name,the origin of the cause,the origin of the treatment,the transmission and outcome,and the prevention and care of the habitual abortion. The origin is investigated to promote inheritance and development,in order to provide modern clinicians with medication guidance and more effective solutions to women with reproductive health issues.
