摘要
现代医学从微观角度提出左、右半结肠癌两种疾病论,其在各方面均存在较大差异。文章运用中医辨证论治优势,结合现代精准医学,从左升右降理论出发,以气机为核心论点,探讨了该理论与现代医学在左、右半结肠癌各方面差异的因果关联,提出治气之升降要以脾胃为核心,肝肺为关键,通腑为重点,为中医细化分治结肠癌提供思路。
From the point of view of modern micro medicine,left and right colon cancer are two different diseases.This paper uses the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine characteristics of diagnosis and treatment of diseases,combing with modern precision medicine,with qi theory as the core,starting with the left rise and right fall theory,exploring the causal relationship between modern precision medicine and Chinese medicine theory in all aspects of left and right colon cancer. Put forward the core of regulating qi is spleen and stomach,the liver and lungs are key,unobstructed stools are important,to provide ideas for the treatment of colon cancer.
