许氏双手飞针疗法临床经验撷要

Clinical experience of XUs’ bimanual flying needle therapy

许云祥教授师从全国名老中医张家维教授,“双手飞针”是在张老单手飞针基础上,巧用双手,结合多年临床实践,根据特定人群、特定疾病的生理病理特点,创新性地提出的“双手飞针、双手催气、双手补泻、双手调神”。其手法贯穿于进针、行针及出针的全程,以“轻、浅、快、效、无痛”为要。强调“治神调气、平衡阴阳”,针刺时可在身体上下、左右、前后同时下针,一次针两穴,其手法注重调节人体内在脏腑、气血、经络的平衡。双手飞针疗法可增强腧穴的协同作用,提高针刺的效率,同时由于其无痛、少痛的特点,提高了患者的临床依从性,在临床应用中能够有效缓解患者的疼痛及焦虑情绪,故对于慢性疼痛、小儿脑病及妇人情志病的治疗有其独特的优势。

Professor XU Yun-xiang studied acupuncture from professor ZHANG Jia-wei,the national celebrated traditional Chinese medicine expert. The ’bimanual flying needle’ which is based on professor ZHANG’s flying needle,skillfully using both hands in acupuncturing. After many years of clinical practice,according to the physiological and pathological characteristics of specific people and diseases,professor XU innovatively put forward the flying needle,promoting qi,reinforcing and reducing,regulating mind with both hands. Its technique runs through the whole process of insertion,and focuses on ’light,shallow,fast,effective and painless’. Also emphasizing ’governing spirit,regulating qi and balancing yin and yang’. During acupuncturing,two needles can be inserted in the different parts of body at the same time,which focuses on regulating the balance of the internal organs,qi and blood,and meridians. The bimanual flying needle therapy can increase the synergy of acupoints,improve the efficiency of acupuncture,and enhance the trust between doctors and patients. In clinical application,it can relieve the pain and anxiety of patients. It has unique advantages in treating chronic pain,pediatric encephalopathy and female emotional diseases.
