真实世界针灸大数据研究现状、问题与解决路径

Current status,problems and solution paths for real world acupuncture big data research

文章对目前真实世界中针灸大数据应用现状进行汇总分析。根据针灸大数据相关文献,从针灸相关数据库现状、针灸大数据存在问题及解决路径3个方面进行论述,并对针灸大数据未来发展提出设想。目前针灸大数据主要研究方法多为数据挖掘、关联分析、频次统计等,并建立疾病相关数据库,开发辅助诊疗系统,用以指导临床诊断治疗。但在针灸结构化数据的收集、临床疗效标准的选取等方面依旧存在缺陷。大数据技术的更广泛应用、多学科的交叉融合、系统化的架构设计可能成为未来针灸大数据研究发展中的重要方式。

This article summarizes and analyzes the current application status of acupuncture and moxibustion big data in the real world. According to acupuncture and moxibustion big data related literatures,the existing problems of acupuncture and moxibustion big data and the solution path were discussed,and the future development of acupuncture and moxibustion big data was proposed. At present,the main research methods of acupuncture and moxibustion big data were mostly data mining,correlation analysis,frequency statistics,etc.,and the establishment of disease-related databases and the development of auxiliary diagnosis and treatment systems to guide clinical diagnosis and treatment. However,there are still shortcomings in the collection of structured data of acupuncture and the selection of clinical efficacy standards. The wider application of big data technology,cross-discipline integration,and systematic architecture design may become an important way in the development of acupuncture and moxibustion big data research in the future.
