肠道微生态与DNA甲基化对话对冠心病血瘀证的影响及中药干预研究 被引量:2

摘要 冠心病是一种严重威胁人类健康且发病率较高的疾病,血瘀证是其最主要证型,研究发现肠道微生态和DNA甲基化均与冠心病血瘀证发生有关,且肠道微生态和表观遗传修饰相互影响,肠道微生态失调可能调控宿主表观遗传修饰导致疾病的发生;反之表观遗传层面的变化也影响到肠道微生物稳态。中医“心与小肠相表里”理论与现代“肠道菌群失衡可能促发冠心病”相似,且中医证候与DNA甲基化关系紧密。文章论述了肠道微生态与DNA甲基化对话对冠心病血瘀证的影响,以及中药干预冠心病血瘀证相关基因甲基化修饰和调节肠道菌群的研究动态,为找到冠心病的肠道微生态和基因表达及中药调控的结合点提供参考价值,为中医药早期防治冠心病提供重要意义的理论和依据。 Coronary heart disease(CHD) is a serious threat to human health and has a high morbidity,and blood stasis syndrome is the most important syndrome type. Studies have found that both intestinal microecology and DNA methylation are related to the occurrence of CHD with blood stasis syndrome,and intestinal microecology and epigenetic modifications interact with each other. Intestinal dysbiosis may regulate the epigenetic modifications of the host leading to the occurrence of disease.On the contrary,epigenetic changes also affect intestinal microbial homeostasis. The theory of ‘exterior interior relationship between heart and small intestine’ in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) is similar to the modern theory that ‘the imbalance of intestinal flora may promote coronary heart disease’,and there is a close relationship between TCM syndromes and DNA methylation. Therefore,this article discusses the influence of intestinal microecology and DNA methylation on CHD and blood stasis syndrome,as well as the research trends of Chinese herbs intervention in CHD with blood stasis syndrome related gene methylation modification and regulation of intestinal flora,in order to provide reference value for finding the combination of intestinal microecology and gene expression of CHD with Chinese medicine regulation. It provides an important theory and basis for the early prevention and treatment of CHD with TCM.
