微观辨证对中医辨证保健理论的启示

Enlightenment of microscopic syndrome differentiation to the health care theory of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation

中医辨证保健是针对亚健康人群提出的一种中医理论指导和思想方法,与中医“治未病”的思想契合。但部分亚健康人群常无明显伴随症状或异常体征,存在无证可辨的情况,难以实施中医辨证治疗。微观辨证作为传统中医四诊的延伸和发展,可以从微观层面识别亚健康状态,辅助中医辨证,从而提高中医辨证的客观性和准确性。通过对目前亚健康状态的微观指标研究进行分析,发现微观辨证在辨证保健中的问题,尝试提出解决方案,以期帮助微观辨证在中医辨证保健中得到更好的应用和发展。

Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome differentiation health care is a theoretical guidance and methodology of TCM for the sub-health population,which is consistent with the thought of‘preventive treatment of disease’of TCM.However,some sub-health patients often have no obvious accompanying symptoms or abnormal signs.This is a situation where there is no TCM syndrome to distinguish,so it is difficult to implement TCM syndrome differentiation treatment.As the extension and the development of the four traditional diagnostic methods of TCM,microscopic syndrome differentiation can identify sub-health status and assist TCM syndrome differentiation from the microscopic level,thus improving the objectivity and accuracy of TCM syndrome differentiation.Through analyzing the current research on the micro-indicators of sub-health status,we find the problems of microscopic syndrome differentiation in the TCM syndrome differentiation health care and try to put forward the solutions in order to help the microscopic syndrome differentiation get better application and development in TCM syndrome differentiation health care.
