中医病机语义模型构建初探

Preliminary exploration on semantic model construction of traditional Chinese medicine pathogenesis

对病机与证候等核心概念的辨析及其关系进行梳理,结合《中医临床诊疗术语第2部分:证候(修订版)》(以下简称《2020证候修订版》)进一步对中医病机语义模型框架进行初步构建。编制病证机元模版举例表、病机结构示意图等,通过文献分析、数据统计、随机抽样实验等方法,对《2020证候修订版》中病证机元的分类、语义表达模版、病机的组成结构等方面进行分析。共形成两类病证机元分类和8种病证机元模版,并通过随机抽样检验模版的适配性,模版匹配度较高。基于《2020证候修订版》的中医病机语义模型构建初探为中医病机、证候等相关概念关系厘清提供借鉴依据,为实现中医病机表达结构化和操作自动化提供坚实的基础,并为辨证论治语义模型的最终建立提供参考。

Analysing of core concepts such as pathogenesis and syndrome and their relationship,combining with Clinical Terminology of Traditional Chinese Medical Diagnosis and Treatment Part 2: Syndrome(2020 Revision of Syndromes),the semantic model framework of TCM pathogenesis was further constructed. To compile a list of TCM pathogenesis unit template of examples and schematic diagram of pathogenesis,and through literature analysis,data statistics,random sampling and other methods,the classification of pathogenesis units,semantic expression template,composition and structure of pathogenesis were analyzed and compared. A total of two types of pathogenesis unit classification and eight kinds of pathogenesis unit were formed.The adaptability of the template is tested by random sampling,and the template matching degree is high. A preliminary study on the construction of TCM pathogenesis semantic model based on 2020 Revision of Syndromes,provided a reference basis for clarifying the relationship between TCM pathogenesis,syndrome and other related concepts. To provide a solid foundation for realizing the structural expression and automatic operation of TCM pathogenesis,and provide a reference for the final establishment of the semantic model of syndrome differentiation.
