无症状脑梗死患者白睛络脉特征的病例对照研究

Characteristics of white eye collaterals in patients with silent brain infarction:A case-control study

目的:研究无症状脑梗死(SBI)患者白睛血络形态、分区、颜色改变的特点,以期为无症状脑梗死的中医病因病机及目络特征研究提供参考。方法:选取符合SBI诊断标准的受试者113例为病例组,无SBI人群77例为对照组,采用My-eye10系统眼健康成像仪观察两组白睛络脉特征,开展病例对照研究。结果:病例组白睛络脉形态“血脉”“雾漫”,白睛络脉区位“A”“H”,以及白睛络脉颜色“黯红色”“淡色”“黄色”“砖红色”特征分值皆显著高于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:SBI患者存在白睛络脉形态、分区、颜色特征性改变的可能,主要分布于胃、肾区,病机特点为气血亏虚,风、痰、火、瘀上犯于脑,脑脉瘀滞。

Objective: To study the characteristics of the morphology,division and color changes of blood collaterals in patients with silent brain infarction(SBI),in order to provide reference for the etiology and pathogenesis and visual and collateral characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine of patients with SBI. Methods: A total of 113 subjects who met the diagnostic criteria of SBI were selected as the case group,and 77 subjects without SBI were selected as the control group. The characteristics of the white eye collaterals in the two groups were observed by My-eye 10 System eye health image to carry out a case control study.Results: In the morphology of white eye collaterals,‘blood vein’ ‘fog diffuse’,the location of ‘A’ ‘H’,and the color of ‘dark red’ ‘light’‘yellow’ and ‘brick red’ in the case group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01,P<0.05). Conclusion: Patients with SBI may have characteristic changes in the morphology,division and color of white eye collaterals,which are mainly distributed in the stomach and kidney area. The pathogenesis is characterized by deficiency of qi and blood,wind,phlegm,fire and blood stasis in brain.
