ISS评分联合血清Leptin、CRP水平检测在胸腹部创伤患者预后预测中的应用价值

Application value of ISS score combined with serum Leptin and CRP levels in prognosis prediction of patients with thoracic and abdominal trauma

目的:探讨创伤严重度评分(ISS)联合血清瘦素(Leptin)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平检测在胸腹部创伤患者预后预测中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析2020年5月至2021年5月该院收治的106例胸腹部创伤患者的临床资料。根据预后情况,将其分为生存组(90例)及死亡组(16例)。比较两组血清CRP、Leptin水平及ISS评分;采用受试者工作特征曲线(ROC)分析ISS评分联合血清Leptin、CRP水平在胸腹部创伤患者预后预测中的应用价值。结果:死亡组血清ISS评分及血清Leptin、CRP水平均高于生存组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);ROC曲线分析结果显示,血清ISS评分联合血清Leptin、CRP水平检测预测胸腹部创伤患者预后的曲线下面积为0.869,分别高于三者单项检测的0.742、0.748、0.726,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:ISS评分联合血清Leptin、CRP水平检测在胸腹部创伤患者预后预测中具有较高的应用价值。

Objective:To investigate application value of injury severity score(ISS)combined with serum leptin(Leptin)and C-reactive protein(CRP)levels in prognosis prediction of patients with thoracic and abdominal trauma.Methods:The clinical data of 106 patients with thoracic and abdominal trauma admitted to this hospital from May 2020 to May 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the prognosis,they were divided into survival group(90 cases)and death group(16 cases).The serum CRP and Leptin levels as well as the ISS scores were compared between the two groups.The receiver operating curve(ROC)was used to analyze the application value of ISS score combined with serum Leptin and CRP levels in the prognosis prediction of the patients with thoracic and abdominal trauma.Results:The ISS score and the serum leptin and CRP levels in the death group were significantly higher than those in the survival group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The ROC results showed that the AUC of serum ISS score combined with the serum Leptin and CRP levels in the prognosis prediction of the patients with thoracic and abdominal trauma was 0.869,which was higher than 0.742,0.748 and 0.726 of the three single tests,separately,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:ISS score combined with the serum Leptin and CRP levels has high application value in the prognosis prediction the of patients with thoracic and abdominal trauma.
