基于肠-关节轴探讨类风湿关节炎从脾胃论治的作用机制

Exploration of Rheumatoid Arthritis from Spleen and Stomach Based on Gut-joint Axis

类风湿性关节炎是一种以关节滑膜炎为特征的慢性全身性自身免疫性疾病,其发病机制与“肠-关节轴”中肠道屏障功能的受损及肠道微生物及代谢产物失调有关,通过调节“肠-关节轴”可正面干预类风湿关节炎的发生发展以及预后。中医认为脾胃失调,百病由生,脾胃是生命健康的基础和轴心,人体的生命活动有赖于脾胃输送的营养物质,通过治脾胃能够有效调节肠道屏障破坏及肠道微生物失调的问题。“肠-关节轴”或可成为中医从脾胃论治类风湿关节炎的新切入点,但目前从“肠-关节轴”治疗类风湿关节炎的相关研究较少,相关机制尚不明确。故该文从肠-关节轴、脾胃这两个方面分析类风湿关节炎,以期为中医药通过调理脾胃改善类风湿关节炎提供强有力的理论支持,为中医药更好推进人类健康事业提供参考。

Rheumatoid arthritis is a chronic systemic autoimmune disease characterized by joint synovitis.Its pathogenesis is related to the damage of intestinal barrier function and the intestinal microorganisms and metabolites It is related to the disorder of rheumatoid arthritis.By regulating the“gut-joint axis”,it can positively intervene in the occurrence,development and prognosis of rheumatoid arthritis.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that all diseases are caused by the imbalance of the spleen and stomach.The spleen and stomach are the foundation and axis of life and health.The life activities of the human body depend on the nutrients delivered by the spleen and stomach.Treating the spleen and stomach can effectively regulate the damage of the intestinal barrier and the imbalance of intestinal microorganisms.The“gut-joint axis”may become a new entry point for traditional Chinese medicine to treat rheumatoid arthritis from the perspective of the spleen and stomach,but there are few related studies on the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis from the“gut-joint axis”,and the relevant mechanism is still unclear.Therefore,this article analyzes rheumatoid arthritis from the two aspects of gut-joint axis and spleen and stomach,in order to provide strong theoretical support for traditional Chinese medicine to improve rheumatoid arthritis by regulating the spleen and stomach,and provide reference for Chinese medicine to better promote human health.
