童佳兵辨治咳嗽经验浅析

Tong Jiabing’s Experience in distinguishing and Treating Cough

童佳兵作为2021年“安徽省最美医生”之一,是安徽省中医药大学第一附属医院呼吸内科的一名主任医师,从事中医药防治呼吸系统疾病15年。在日常诊治疾病过程中,童佳兵主任对肺系咳嗽的治疗颇具经验。他崇尚古代医家“辨证论治”“整体观念”的中医思维,强调咳嗽首辨外感、内伤,外感需辨风寒、风热、风燥;内伤重视从五脏辨咳,擅于从中西医结合角度辨五脏咳,认为其需辨原五脏病,再考虑他脏犯肺致咳。治外感咳嗽,以祛风为主,肺脾并重,尤重视“上医治未病”的预防观念,擅于在治疗外感的同时兼顾五脏,防治疾病传变;治五脏咳主治原脏病,兼治肺系咳嗽。作者幸师从童佳兵主任,现将导师辨治咳嗽学术思想和临床经验浅析如下。

TONG Jiabing,one of the“Most Beautiful Doctors in Anhui Province”in 2021,is a chief physician in the Department of Respiratory Medicine,the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.He has been engaged in the prevention and treatment of respiratory diseases with traditional Chinese medicine for 15 years.In the daily diagnosis and treatment of diseases,Director TONG Jiabing has considerable experience in the treatment of pulmonary cough.He advocates the traditional Chinese medicine thinking of“syndrome differentiation and treatment”and“holistic concept”of ancient doctors,emphasizing that cough should first be distinguished from exogenous pathogenesis and internal injury.Exogenous pathogenesis needs to be distinguished from wind-cold,wind-heat,and wind-dryness;,thinking that it needs to identify the original five internal organs diseases,and then consider other internal organs invading the lungs to cause cough.Treatment of exogenous cough mainly focuses on expelling wind,paying equal attention to the lung and spleen,and pays special attention to the preventive concept of“supervising the doctor to prevent disease”.Department of cough.I have the honor to study under Director TONG Jiabing,and now I will briefly analyze my teacher’s academic thinking and clinical experience in the treatment of cough as follows.
