This article summarizes Professor You Zhaoling’s clinical experience in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome and threatened miscarriage in early pregnancy with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Especially for polycystic ovary syndrome patients with low pregnancy rate,high biochemical pregnancy rate,miscarriage rate,high premature delivery rate,high pregnancy complications“one low and four high”fertility outcomes.She put forward ideas and methods of early miscarriage protection,staged miscarriage prevention,precise examination,and precise treatment.According to the changes in the menstrual cycle and the blood flow of the twelve meridians,she proposed a safe and effective precise adjustment plan of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.
