成角侧扳法联合体外冲击波治疗第三腰椎横突综合征的疗效观察

Clinical observation of Acupotomy Combined with Angle-forming Lateral Manipulation in the Treatment of Third Lumbar Transverse Process Syndrome

目的:观察成角侧扳法联合体外冲击波治疗第三腰椎横突综合征的疗效。方法:将80例第三腰椎横突综合征患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各40例,对照组予体外冲击波治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加成角侧扳法治疗,比较两组治疗前、治疗2个疗程后及治疗后3个月的JOA(日本骨科协会评估治疗分数)、ODI(中文版Oswestry功能障碍指数)、VAS(腰痛视觉模拟评分法)等评分,比较两组治疗后3个月的临床总疗效。结果:两组治疗2个疗程后及治疗后3个月的JOA、ODI评分均较治疗前升高及VAS评分均较治疗前下降,治疗组更优,治疗后3个月试验组的总有效率更高(P<0.05),结论:成角侧扳法联合体外冲击波能快速改善第三腰椎横突综合征患者的症状,操作简单、省力,疗程短,见效快,可供临床参考应用。

Objective:To observe the curative effect of angled lateral pull combined with extracorporeal shock wave in the treatment of third lumbar transverse process syndrome.Methods:80 patients with third lumbar transverse process syndrome were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,40 cases each.Before treatment,after 2 courses of treatment and 3 months after treatment,the scores of JOA(Japanese Orthopedic Association Assessment Treatment Score),ODI(Chinese version of Oswestry Disability Index),VAS(Low Pain Visual Analogue Scale)and other scores were compared between the two treatment groups.The total clinical efficacy after 3 months.Results:After 2 courses of treatment and 3 months after treatment,the JOA and ODI scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment and the VAS scores were lower than those before treatment.The efficiency is higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:Angled lateral pull method combined with extracorporeal shock wave can quickly improve the symptoms of patients with third lumbar transverse process syndrome.
