中药敷贴治疗儿童支气管哮喘临床疗效观察

Observation of Clinical Efficacy of Chinese Herbal Application in Treating Childhood Bronchial Asthma

目的:观察敷贴2号方穴位敷贴治疗儿童支气管哮喘的疗效及不良反应。方法:收集近三年采用敷贴2号方穴位敷贴治疗支气管哮喘的患儿作为观察对象,回顾性分析其临床资料,并随防至2021年9月。根据不同疗程分为1年疗程组,2年疗程组和3年疗程组,比较不同疗程组患儿治疗前后发作次数、发作平均天数及敷贴不良反应。结果:治疗后1年疗程组、2年疗程组、3年疗程组发病次数和发病平均天数均<治疗前(P<0.001),治疗前后差异有统计学意义;治疗1年总控制率为64.39%,治疗2年总控制率为86.35%,治疗3年控制率为95.67%,组间差异有意义(P<0.001);不同疗程组不良反应无差异(P>0.05)。结论:敷贴2号方穴位敷贴治疗儿童支气管哮喘临床疗效显著,其中随着治疗年限的增加临床疗效越显著,其中3年疗程总控制率>2年疗程,2年疗程总控制率>1年疗程组。

Objective:To observe the efficacy and adverse reactions of acupoint application of Futie No.2 Prescription in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma.Methods:Children with bronchial asthma treated with Futie No.2 acupoint application in the past three years were collected as observation objects,and their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed,and followed up until September 2021.According to different treatment courses,they were divided into 1-year treatment group,2-year treatment course group and 3-year treatment course group.The number of seizures,average days of seizures and adverse reactions of application were compared in different treatment courses groups.Results:After treatment,the number of attacks and the average days of onset in the 1-year treatment group,2-year treatment group,and 3-year treatment group were less than those before treatment(P<0.001),and the difference before and after treatment was statistically significant;the total control rate of 1-year treatment was 64.39%,the overall control rate was 86.35%after 2 years of treatment,and 95.67%after 3 years of treatment,with significant differences between the groups(P<0.001);there was no difference in adverse reactions among different treatment courses(P>0.05).Conclusion:The acupoint application of Futie No.2 prescription has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma,and the clinical effect becomes more significant with the increase of the treatment period.year treatment group.
