基于肝肾同源理论探讨右归丸治疗老年骨关节炎研究概况

Research Progress of yougui Pill in the Treatment of Senile osteoarthritis Based on the Theory of Homology of Liver and Kidney

骨关节炎是中国第二大致残性疾病,对中老年人生命安全及生活质量造成了极大的威胁,临床表现以关节疼痛、肿胀、畸形、活动障碍为主。近年来研究表明,临床上右归丸治疗肝肾亏虚型骨关节炎症效果显著,但其作用机制尚未完全明确。作者查阅近年来相关文献,将从“肝肾同源”理论入手对右归丸应用于骨关节炎的临床研究、基础研究及右归丸的药理作用机制进行探讨总结,旨在为“肝肾同源”理论指导下右归丸治疗骨关节炎提供治疗思路及参考。

Osteoarthritis is the second most disabling disease in China.It poses a great threat to the life safety and quality of life of middle-aged and elderly people.The main clinical manifestations are joint pain,swelling,deformity,and mobility impairment.Studies in recent years have shown that Yougui Pills are clinically effective in treating osteoarthritis with liver and kidney deficiency,but its mechanism of action has not yet been fully clarified.The author consults relevant literature in recent years,and discusses and summarizes the clinical research and basic research of Yougui Pills applied to osteoarthritis from the theory of“liver and kidney homology”,and discusses and summarizes the pharmacological mechanism of Yougui Pills.Under the guidance of“Homologous”theory,Yougui Pills can provide treatment ideas and references for treating osteoarthritis.
