区域电网的分省备用容量留取方案(二):优化模型 被引量:3

摘要 未来新型电力系统中,高比例新能源出力的不确定性对区域电网的分省负荷备用容量和配置分布提出了更高要求,同时,大规模的跨区跨省特高压功率输送也对N-1故障下全网事故备用配置带来了新的挑战。为此,该文基于系列前篇提出的分省备用留取机制,考虑新能源波动、未发生功率缺失的N-1和发生功率缺失的N-1的不同场景下的备用调用场景,建立区域电网电能量和备用联合优化模型;其次,基于鲁棒理论,考虑新能源出力置信区间,将基态和无功率缺失的N-1场景下的不确定性约束转化为确定性混合整数规划;然后,针对功率缺失的N-1场景下的众多约束条件,提出Benders分解求解方法,子问题为考虑功率缺失N-1后事故备用调用场景,主问题为考虑基态和无功率缺失的N-1场景,以此提高计算效率;最后,基于3×IEEE39合成算例开展了算例分析,计算结果验证了所提出方法的正确性。 In new power system,the uncertainty of high proportion of new energy output puts forward higher requirements for the provincial load reserve capacity and distribution in regional power grid.Meanwhile,the large-scale cross-provincial UHV power transmission also brings new challenges to the whole network emergency reserve configuration under N-1 fault.Therefore,based on the provincial reserve mechanism and joint optimization model proposed in the previous part of the series(I)mechanism design,considering the reserve call scenarios under different scenarios of new energy fluctuation,N-1 without power loss and N-1 with power loss,a joint optimization model of electric energy and reserve of regional power grid is established.Then,based on the robust theory and considering the confidence interval of new energy output,the uncertainty constraints in the normal system and N-1 scenario without power loss are transformed into deterministic mixed integer programming.Then,aiming at a large number of constraints under the N-1scenario of power loss,Benders decomposition solution method is proposed.The sub problem is the accident reserve call scenario after considering N-1 scenario with power loss,and the main problem consists of base case scenario and the N-1 scenario without power loss to improve the calculation efficiency.Finally,the example analysis is carried out based on three IEEE39 synthetic examples.The calculation results show the effectiveness of the proposed method.
