摘要 火电厂超临界机组单汽泵在实际生产运行过程中的可靠性十分重要,单汽泵在运行中发生故障时会触发锅炉主燃料跳闸,造成机组非计划停机,给发电企业带来一定的损失。因此,单汽泵故障不停机成为行业内亟需解决的一个技术难题。该文以某热电厂电泵最大出力为基准点和汽泵故障后快速减负荷为目标,分别以夏季工况和冬季工况对锅炉给水系统运行特性进行分析,结合数据分析对比多种建模方法,最终采用误差最小、准确率最高的ADAM-BPNN模型对汽泵运行特性进行分析和预测。进一步对电泵带载特性、锅炉短暂断水特性进行动态试验论证,结合汽泵故障联锁启动电泵快速减负荷的控制策略,实现超临界机组单汽泵故障不停机,从而可提高单汽泵机组的运行安全性。研究结果可为同类型超临界机组单汽泵故障快速减负荷提供一定参考。 The reliability of single steam-driven feedwater pumps for supercritical units in thermal power plants is particularly important in actual production and operation process.The failure of a single steam-driven feedwater pump will trigger the boiler’s main fuel trip,which will cause abnormal shutdown of the unit and bring certain loss to the power generation enterprise.Therefore,in the case of single steam pump failure,the unit failure without shutdown has become an urgent technical problem in the power plant.In the paper,the operating characteristics of the boiler feedwater system are analyzed based on the output of the electric feedwater pump and fast load reduction after steam pump failure is the goal in the thermal power plant.The operating characteristics of the boiler feedwater system in summer and winter conditions are analyzed and studied respectively.After various modeling methods with big data analysis are compared,the ADAM-BPNN model with the smallest error and the highest accuracy is finally chosen to analyze and forecast the operating characteristics of the steam-driven feedwater pump.Combined with the operating characteristics of electric feedwater pumps data analysis,dynamic tests are carried out to demonstrate the load characteristics of the electric feedwater pump and the transient water break characteristics of the boiler.Combined with the fault of steam-driven feedwater pump interlock start electric feedwater pump rapid load reduction control strategy,the single steam-driven feedwater pump of the supercritical unit can successfully realize failure without shutdown,and the units shutdown risk of single steam-driven feedwater pump failure can be solved.It is provided as a reference for the rapid load reduction of the single steam-driven feedwater pump failure for the same type of the supercritical unit.
