新时代增强青年文化自信的责任担当研究

Research on the Responsibility of Enhancing Youth Cultural Confidence in the New Era

习近平总书记在党的二十大报告中对中国青年寄予厚望,强调青年工作的重要性。增强新时代青年文化自信责任担当来自于中华文明的传承与当代中国式现代化文化建设的双重需求。本文以“两个大局”下的青年在增强文化自信责任担当过程中亟待解决的难点问题为导向:部分青年文化观念不强、迷失正确价值观,中华民族文化边界被挑战、革命文化精神被扭曲传播等。针对上述问题提出相应措施:新时代青年树立文化自觉的中国特色社会主义文化观、践行社会主义核心价值观、坚守中华民族文化边界线、弘扬革命文化精神内涵等,为增强新时代的青年文化自信责任担当研究提供思路。

In the report of the 20th Party Congress, General Secretary Xi Jinping placed high expectations on Chinese youth and emphasized the importance of youth work. The need to enhance the cultural confidence and responsibility of youth in the new era comes from both the inheritance of Chinese civilization and the construction of contemporary Chinese modern culture. This paper is oriented to the difficult problems that need to be solved in the process of enhancing the cultural self-confidence and responsibility of youth in the "two overall situations" : some youths have weak cultural concepts and lost the correct values, the boundary of Chinese culture is challenged, and the spirit of revolutionary culture is distorted and disseminated. In response to the above problems, we propose measures to establish a socialist culture view with Chinese characteristics, practice socialist core values, adhere to the cultural boundary of the Chinese nation, and promote the spirit of revolutionary culture, which provide ideas to enhance the responsibility of youth cultural confidence in the new era.
