海上油田N区块注水井欠注原因分析及增注建议

摘要 研究区块储层胶结疏松,高孔、高渗,油层非均质性强,注水井近井地带结垢堵塞现象较为严重,导致注水困难。通过对储层敏感性、注入水水质、注水井污染、工艺措施等方面的分析和研究,发现该区块储层具有较强的水敏性和盐敏性伤害,水中聚合物吸附性强,原油黏度高、胶质沥青质含量高等复合伤害造成储层堵塞,导致注水压力逐渐升高。针对注水过程中储层损害及欠注问题,提出了预防措施和建议,以提高注水井吸水能力,保证油田注采平衡。 The reservoir in the study block has loose cementation, high porosity and permeability, strong reservoir heterogeneity, and serious scaling and plugging in the vicinity of water injection wells, which makes water injection difficult. Through the analysis and research on reservoir sensitivity, injection water quality, water injection well pollution, process measures and other aspects, it was found that the reservoir in this block had strong water sensitivity and salt sensitivity damage, strong polymer adsorption, high crude oil viscosity and high colloidal asphaltene content, resulting in reservoir plugging and gradually increasing water injection pressure. In view of the reservoir damage and under injection during water injection, preventive measures and suggestions were put forward to improve the water absorption capacity of water injection wells and ensure the injection production balance of the oilfield.
