浅谈高校基层学院退役大学生管理与服务工作

大学生参军入伍数量呈现逐年递增态势,虽然就整个大学生群体而言,这部分学生占比少数,但不可否认其依旧是推动校园发展不可忽视的重要组成力量。高校的基层学院学生管理者要深入思考如何做好退役大学生群体的思想教育工作,积极探索和搭建发展平台,给予退役大学生充分的个人展示与成长空间,培养学生在“学生—军人—学生”的身份转变中努力实现个人价值,为社会发展做出贡献。

The number university students joining the army is increasing year by year.Although this part of students accounts for a minority,it cannot be denied that it is still an important component force to promote the development of campus.The student managers of grass-roots colleges in colleges and universities should think about how to do a good job in the ideological education of this small seriously but most lovely student group in the contemporary era.The student managers can actively explore and build a development platform,giving retired college students sufficient personal display and growth space,cultivate students to realize their personal values in the transformation of“student-soldier-student”identity,so as to make contributions to social development.
