摘要
芳纶纤维是一种综合性能最优异的有机纤维,非常适合作为光电线缆的增强材料。详细介绍了芳纶纤维发展历程以及在各类光电线缆产品中的应用。根据光电线缆用芳纶纤维相关性能指标要求,聚对苯二甲酰对苯二胺纤维(PPTA,芳纶1414)和杂环芳纶纤维(芳纶Ⅲ型)是适宜的选择。为了更好适应各类光电线缆新的应用场景,芳纶纤维还需在既有性能优势的基础上通过共聚/共混改性、表面改性处理、复合纤维、新型成型技术和差别化定制等方式对其机械物理性能以及在压缩强度、耐水耐光性和表面粘合力等性能方面的不足加以改进。
Aramid fiber is a kind of organic fiber with the best comprehensive performance,which is very suitable to be used as the reinforcing material of optical and electrical cables.The development history of aramid fiber and its application in various optical and electrical cable products are introduced in detail.According to the relevant performance index requirements of aramid fiber for optical and electrical cables,PPTA(aramid 1414)and heterocyclic aramid fiber(aramid type III)are suitable choices.In order to better adapt to the new application scenarios of various optical and electrical cables,aramid fibers also need to improve their mechanical and physical properties,as well as their deficiencies in compression strength,water and light resistance,surface adhesion and other properties through copolymerization/blending modification,surface modification treatment,composite fibers,new molding technology and differential customization on the basis of their existing performance advantages.
