一种融合告警功能的料斗秤计量系统研究和开发

摘要 文章分析了钢铁企业关于料斗秤计量方面的需求,研究了目前料斗秤的实际工作特点。针对目前无软件系统支撑、数据孤立、缺乏过程数据分析和告警功能、操作繁杂等问题,设计一种融合过程数据分析的料斗秤计量系统。通过分析卸料过程,有助于发现异常卸料情况,能及时给出告警信息。应用结果表明,系统可操作性较好、易于维护,降低了工作量,提升了管理效率。 The requirements about the steel enterprise for weighing system of hopper scale were analyzed.The actual working characteristics of the hopper scale were studied.There existed a lot of shortcomings,such as no software system,isolated data,lack of process data analysis and alarm function,complex operation and so on,the hopper weighing system based on process data analysis was designed.The unloading process data of hopper scale was analyzed,and the abnormal situation in the unloading process was easier to be found,and then the alarm was timely given.The application results show that the system has good operability,easier maintenance,and the workload was reduced,and the management efficiency was improved.
