Application of 5G and Big Data in Mixed Reality

目前,混合现实技术(Mixed Reality,MR)已经在实验室教学、消防演练、医疗、建筑以及电气工程等领域初步应用。在实践中发现,多数MR业务场景中存在数据传输与存储、操作指令的合理性与准确性、智能辅助与操作评价以及场景设计评价与改进等诸多问题。文章利用5G技术的低延迟、高带宽技术、大数据的数据存储、数据挖掘及数据分析能力,明显改善当前MR业务场景中存在的问题,最终构建全新的基于大数据的“5G+MR”业务模式。

At present,Mixed Reality(MR)has been preliminarily applied in laboratory teaching,fire drill,medical treatment,construction and electrical engineering,etc.In practice,it is found that many problems exist in most MR business scenarios,such as data transmission and storage,rationality and accuracy of operation instructions,intelligent assistance and operation evaluation,scenario design evaluation and improvement.This paper uses the low latency and high bandwidth technology of 5G technology and the data storage,data mining and data analysis capabilities of big data to significantly improve the problems in the current MR business scenario,and finally constructs a new“5G+MR”business model based on big data.
