装配式建筑新型接缝材料硅烷改性CSM拉伸粘结强度分析 被引量:1

摘要 由于装配式建筑的接缝处理技术不完善,容易出现收缩变形,且密封材料与建筑之间的拉伸粘结性较差。文中研究装配式建筑新型接缝材料硅烷改性CSM拉伸粘结强度,将氯磺化聚乙烯作为原材料,使用精密两辊轧机和硫化机完成硅烷改性CSM,制作硅烷含量不同的四组测试样本,测试其抗拉强度和断裂伸长率,将未加入任何物质、只加入CSM未改性、加入硅烷改性CSM三种不同材料作为测试对象,分析其对装配式建筑密封性能的影响。测试结果表明:测试样本的抗拉强度和断裂伸长率相比没有增加硅烷的样本,G15样品分别增加了11.5MPa和195%;而且加入硅烷改性CSM后,建筑接缝表干时间只需要38min。 Due to the imperfect joint treatment technology of prefabricated buildings, it is easy to appear shrinkage deformation, and the tensile bonding between sealing materials and buildings is poor, so the silane modified CSM tensile bonding strength of the new joint material of prefabricated buildings is studied. Chlorinated polyethylene as raw material, using precision two-roll mill and sulfur machine to complete silane modified CSM, four groups of test samples, test its tensile strength and fracture elongation rate, will not add any substance, only add CSM unmodified, add silane modified CSM three different materials as the test object, analyze the impact on the sealing performance of prefabricated buildings. The test results show that the tensile strength and fracture elongation of G15 samples are increased by 11.5MPa and 195%, respectively, and the construction joint drying time is only 38min after adding silane-modified CSM.
