装配式混凝土预制楼梯实际使用为斜放,支座高度不一致,为了方便加载,将预制楼梯平放在两个等高的混凝土支墩上,计算荷载应折算成等效荷载。文中以某预制楼梯为例,从多方面详细阐述预制楼梯平放加载结构性能检验方法和试验结果,该检验方法安全性较高,适用于任何尺寸的预制楼梯。

The actual use of prefabricated concrete stairs is inclined, and the height of the supports is inconsistent. In order to facilitate loading, the prefabricated stairs are placed flat on two concrete piers of equal height, and the calculated load should be converted into an equivalent load. Taking a prefabricated stair as an example, the test method and test results of the prefabricated stair flat loading structure performance are expounded in detail. This test method is safe and suitable for prefabricated stairs of any size.
