Research on Foundation Construction Technology in Soft Soil Area

文中分析了软土工程特性以及软土对建筑工程地基基础的影响,总结了房建工程中软土地基处理的原则和重要性,研究了软土地基处理方式浅层处理方式和深层处理方式,及浅层压实法、换填法、强夯法、灌浆法以及排水固结法等软土地基基础方法的施工技术要点,有效提升了现有软土地区地基基础处理技术的施工水平,可供参考。

In this paper, the characteristics of soft soil engineering and its influence on the foundation of building engineering are deeply analyzed, the principle and importance of soft soil foundation treatment in housing construction are summarized, the soft soil foundation shall be treated in shallow layer and deep layer, the construction technical points of soft soil foundation methods such as shallow compaction method, cushion treatment method, dynamic compaction method and large-diameter bored pile are deeply studied, It has effectively improved the technical level of foundation construction in existing soft soil areas, which can be used for reference.
