基于重车辙路段的省道长寿命沥青路面结构养护方案研究

Research on Maintenance Scheme of Long-life Asphalt Pavement Structure of Provincial Road Based on Heavy Ruts

文中在调查某省道路面技术状况的基础上,针对南段路面的严重车辙和基层结构损伤问题,提出了对路基和基层进行注浆加固后加铺长寿命抗车辙路面的养护维修设计方案。其采用抗裂过渡层延缓基层裂缝的反射,采用高抗车辙的沥青混合料作为下面层提升路面结构的抗车辙性能,采用超薄磨耗层方便养护维修,可以较好地解决省道重车辙路段的病害问题。

On the basis of the investigation of the technical condition of the road surface in a province, aiming at the serious rutting and structural damage of the base in the south section of the road surface, this paper puts forward the maintenance and maintenance design scheme of the road base and base reinforced by grouting to lay the long-life anti-rutting pavement. The ANTI-crack transition layer is used to delay the reflection of the base cracks, the asphalt mixture with high resistance to rutting is used as the lower layer to improve the rutting resistance of the pavement structure, and the ultra-thin wear layer is used to facilitate maintenance and maintenance, which can better solve the disease problem of the heavy rutting section of the provincial road.
