摘要
由于高层建筑的特殊属性,幕墙被广泛采用作为其围护结构,幕墙与主体结构需要通过预埋件相互连接。预埋件需要承担幕墙系统传递而来的荷载,因为预埋件安装时,混凝土的锚固将与锚固钢筋相互作用。此外,预埋件还需承担地震荷载及风荷载对幕墙整体系统的影响。因此,预埋件的施工技术和位置控制将极大影响幕墙结构的使用寿命和安全性,文中分析了幕墙工程中预埋件所面临的问题,总结了相关施工经验,可为工程技术人员提供参考。
Due to the special properties of high-rise buildings, curtain wall is widely used as its enclosure structure, and the curtain wall and the main structure need to be connected with each other through embedded parts. The embedded parts need to bear the load transferred from the curtain wall system, because the anchorage of concrete will interact with the anchorage reinforcement when the embedded parts are installed. In addition, the embedded parts shall also bear the impact of seismic load and wind load on the overall curtain wall system.Therefore, the construction process and position control of embedded parts will greatly affect the service life and safety of curtain wall structures. This paper analyzes the problems faced by embedded parts in curtain wall engineering, summarizes relevant construction experience, which can provide reference for engineering technicians.
