精装房项目全过程管控研究

Research on the Whole Process Control of a Hardbound House Project

随着房地产行业从“毛胚房”向“精装房”发展,缺乏批量精装经验的开发商,在项目策划和施工管控方面面临着严峻考验。文中以厦门某精装修楼盘为例,对项目实施过程中遇到的问题进行分析探讨,提出了有利精装修楼盘全过程管理的要点,以期对类似楼盘精装修管理提供一定的借鉴参考。

With the development of the real estate industry from "rough embryo house" to "hardbound house", developers lacking experience in batch hardbound are facing severe challenges in project planning and construction control. Taking a refined decoration building in Xiamen as an example, this paper analyzes and discusses the problems encountered in the implementation of the project, and puts forward the key points conducive to the whole process management of refined decoration buildings, hoping to provide some reference for the refined decoration management of similar buildings.
