摘要
文中以某住宅建筑项目为例,对项目投资决策、招投标、项目实施、竣工结算四个环节的成本管理现状及项目管理中的成本超支、工期延误、合同管理问题进行分析,提出了进一步完善项目成本管理的相应措施建议。
Taking a residential construction project as an example, this paper analyzes the cost management status of investment decisionmaking, bidding, project implementation and completion settlement, and the cost overruns, delay of construction period and contract management problems in project management, and puts forward the corresponding measures and suggestions to further improve the project cost management.
