摘要
由于房地产项目具有风险性和重复性的特点,项目后评价不仅要关注项目的产出效果,还要关注项目的实施过程。文中通过分析房地产项目后评价的内容与特点,针对经济效益、设计管理、成本管理、工程管理、营销策划、财务管理等方面进行分析,总结规律并固化流程,为企业建立科学投资决策机制、提高项目管理创新水平提供依据。
Due to the risk and repeatability of real estate projects, post project evaluation should not only focus on the output effect of the project, but also on the implementation process of the project. By analyzing the content and characteristics of post evaluation of real estate projects, this paper analyzes the economic benefits, design management, cost management, project management, marketing planning, financial management and other aspects, summarizes the rules and solidification process, and provides a basis for enterprises to establish a scientific investment decision-making mechanism and improve the innovation level of project management.
