摘要
尽管BIM技术采纳意愿的影响因素在传统建筑中有较多研究,但在装配式建筑中尚未深入研究。文中从TAM-TOE的理论视角出发,通过文献调研结合半结构化访谈筛选出最相关的影响因素,并建立影响BIM技术采纳意愿的结构方程模型,最后对模型进行检验。结果发现,影响采纳意愿最显著的因素依次为投资回报率、环境因素和高层管理者支持。
Although there are many studies on the influencing factors of the willingness to adopt BIM technology in traditional buildings,there is no in-depth study in prefabricated buildings. From the theoretical perspective of TAM-TOE, this paper selects the most relevant influencing factors through literature survey and semi-structured interview, and establishes the structural equation model that affects the adoption intention of BIM technology, and finally tests the model. The results show that the most significant factors affecting the adoption intention are: return on investment, environmental factors and senior management support.
