高速公路机电工程设备安装项目管理的研究

Research on Project Management of Expressway Electromechanical Engineering Equipment Installation

文中基于机电工程设备,提出了其在高速公路中的构成形式。在分析安装项目管理措施时,主要的探究要点为安全及质量管理问题,以及通信系统的机电设备安装、高速公路收费系统安装、供配电系统安装、维护与管理的制度、机电工程设备选择、运维信息化管理等。

Based on electromechanical engineering equipment, this paper puts forward its composition form in expressway. When analyzing the installation project management measures, the main exploration points are the safety and quality management issues, as well as the electromechanical equipment installation of the communication system, the expressway toll system installation, the power supply and distribution system installation, maintenance and management system, the electromechanical engineering equipment selection, and the operation and maintenance information management for reference.
