房屋建筑工程造价的动态管理与控制研究

Research on Dynamic Management and Control of Building Construction Cost

文中以莆田荔城区PS拍-2018-19号地块项目工程为例,探索了该工程的动态管理及控制策略,介绍了房屋建筑工程造价情况,基于房屋建筑工程动态管理现状,提出了决策、设计、招投标、施工等阶段造价动态管理与控制方法。

Taking Putian Licheng District PSpai-2018-19 Plot Project as an example, this paper explores the dynamic management and control strategy of the project, first introduces the cost of housing construction projects, and then, based on the current situation of the dynamic management of housing construction projects, puts forward the dynamic management and control methods for the cost of decision-making,design, bidding, construction and other stages for reference.
