文中通过分析工程造价指标的主要内容及实际应用,针对华林学校宿舍楼建设工程造价指标与关联数据的科学利用进行分析,提出了对应的方法建议,以提升成本管理水平,强化建设工程应用效果。

Project cost index is one of the dynamic management of project cost, which reflects the cost level of buildings and structures in a certain area and a certain period. Through analyzing the main content and practical application of the project cost index, this paper analyzes the scientific use of the cost index and related data of the construction project of the dormitory building of Hualin University, puts forward corresponding methods and suggestions, improves the level of cost management, and strengthens the application effect of the construction project. It is a reference for new and proposed projects in the future.
