摘要
工程项目管理从传统形式向数字化管理转变是大势所趋。在财政投融资基础设施建设项目管理过程中,前期的手续报批、建设(代建)单位内部各项程序的办理较为复杂且极其重要,为提升项目前期工作管理效率和水平,文中从项目前期管理流程入手,结合项目管理系统,对数字化管理进行了探究,以供参考借鉴。
At present, it is an irresistible trend for engineering project management to change from traditional form to digital management. In the process of financial investment and financing infrastructure construction project management, the preliminary procedures for approval and the handling of various internal procedures of the construction(agent construction) unit are more complex and extremely important. In order to improve the efficiency and level of project preliminary work management, the paper starts with the project preliminary management process and combines the project management system to explore the digital management for reference.
