异甘草酸镁与多烯磷脂酰胆碱在预防吉西他滨联合顺铂致药物性肝损伤中的疗效比较 被引量:2

摘要 目的比较在化疗期间预防性应用异甘草酸镁注射液与多烯磷脂酰胆碱注射液对吉西他滨联合顺铂致药物性肝损伤的预防效果。方法采用回顾性分析方法,调取研究某院2014年10月-2019年5月205例诊断为恶性肿瘤的患者,对两种药物在预防抗肿瘤药物所致药物性肝损伤的有效性和安全性作出科学评价。结果两组预防性应用保肝药物的患者在化疗后第6~8天时,总有效率方面异甘草酸镁组为100%,多烯磷脂酰胆碱组为96.5%,有统计学差异(P<0.05);在化疗后第20~22天时该化疗方案下异甘草酸镁组预防总有效率为95.0%,多烯磷脂酰胆碱组为97.7%,两组预防的总有效率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论在吉西他滨联合顺铂方案中,单一应用异甘草酸镁或多烯磷脂酰胆碱预防抗肿瘤药物所致的药物性肝损伤,两种药物的安全性相当,但异甘草酸镁在化疗后第6~8天时具有更好的预防效果。 Objective To compare the efficacy of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate injection and polyene phosphatidylcholine injection against drug-induced liver injury caused by gemcitabine combined with cisplatin during chemotherapy.Methods The clinical data on patients diagnosed with malignant tumors in our hospital between October 2014 and May 2019 was retrospectively analyzed.The efficacy and safety of the two drugs when used to prevent drug-induced liver injury caused by chemotherapy drugs were evaluated.Results Six to eight days after chemotherapy,the total effective rate of prevention was 100%in the magnesium isoglycyrrhizate group,compared with 96.5%in the polyene phosphatidyl choline group.Twenty to twenty-two days after chemotherapy,the total effective rate of prevention was 95.0%and 97.7%respectively,so there was no statistically significant difference between the two drugs(P>0.05).Conclusion In the process of chemotherapy for malignant tumor patients,both magnesium isoglycyrrhizate and polyene phosphatidyl choline used alone can effectively help prevent drug-induced liver injury.Magnesium isoglycyrrhizate is more effective six to eight days after chemotherapy.
