基础设施建设、创新创业与经济增长——以四川省为例

Infrastructure Development,Innovation,Entrepreneurship and Economic Growth——Taking Sichuan Province for Example

在我国加快构建新发展格局的战略背景下,基础设施建设促进创新创业进而推动经济增长的作用愈发明显。文章采用熵值法衡量四川省的基础设施建设水平,构建中介效应综合分析框架,研究基础设施通过创新创业的中介效应影响经济增长的内在机理。结果表明,在基础设施对经济增长产生影响的过程中创新创业发挥了部分中介效应作用,其中介效应值为3.41%。在此基础上提出四川省加快基础设施建设、推动创新创业发展和促进经济增长的对策建议。

Under the strategic background of accelerating the construction of the new development pattern,the role of infrastructure construction in promoting innovation and entrepreneurship and driving economic growth has become increasingly obvious.This paper uses the entropy method to measure the level of infrastructure construction in Sichuan Province,constructs a comprehensive analysis framework of the intermediary effect,and studies the internal mechanism of the impact of infrastructure on economic growth through the intermediary effect of innovation and entrepreneurship.The results show that innovation and entrepreneurship play a part of the mediating effect in the process of the impact of infrastructure on economic growth,and the mediating effect value is 3.41%.On this basis,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for Sichuan Province to accelerate the construction of infrastructure,promote the development of innovation and entrepreneurship and promote economic growth.
