遥感图像配准中的群智汇聚方法 被引量:2

Application of swarm intelligence and a bioinspired computing algorithm in remote sensing image registration

摘要 遥感图像配准是遥感图像处理的一个重要的环节,在智能化遥感信息处理领域具有重要的研究意义和应用价值.本文主要对群智能在遥感图像配准中的应用进行了综述,并对进化算法和深度学习在遥感图像中的应用进行了介绍.首先介绍了遥感图像配准中常用的原理和优点.然后,对群智能算法在遥感图像配准中的应用进行了详细的介绍和总结,紧接着对进化算法在遥感图像配准中的应用进行详细介绍,其次对深度学习在遥感图像配准中的应用进行归纳,并且就遥感图像配准目前存在的难点以及深度学习在解决这些难点时所存在的优势进行了详细的讨论.最后,针对遥感图像配准中存在的关键问题进行了讨论与展望. Remote sensing image registration is a major part of remote sensing image processing and has important research significance and application value in the field of intelligent remote sensing information processing.This paper mainly reviews the application of swarm intelligence in remote sensing image registration and introduces the application of evolutionary algorithms and deep learning in remote sensing images.First,the principles and advantages of evolutionary algorithms,swarm intelligence algorithms,and deep learning are introduced.Second,the application of evolutionary computing in remote sensing image registration is provided and summarized in detail.Consequently,the application of the swarm intelligence algorithm in remote sensing image registration is introduced in detail.Then,we generalize the application of deep learning in remote sensing image registration;in addition,we also give a comprehensive discussion of the current difficulties in remote sensing image registration and the advantages of deep learning in solving these difficulties.Finally,the key issues of swarm intelligence and bioinspired computing algorithm in remote sensing image registration are delivered and prospected.
